הסכם רכישת שובר טיול מקומי
עם אישור ההזמנה והתשלום מקבל עליו המזמין את הסכם זה בהתחייבות מלאה ולרבות הוראות דמי הביטול.
ביצוע הטיולים ולוח הזמנים כפוף לכל דין וכפוף לשינויים עקב דרישות תפעול, תחזוקה וכו'.
דמי ביטול - בהתאם להוראות ההסכם לרכישת שובר לטיול יומי, מוסכם כי במקרה של ביטול או הפרה ישלם המזמין את דמי הביטול על מנת למזער את הנזקים שנגרמו כתוצאה מביטול זה (לא כקנס).
במקרה של ביטול עד 24 שעות לפני מועד היציאה לטיול יחוייב המזמין בסך של 50% (חמישים אחוז) מערך ההזמנה.
פחות מ 24 שעות לפני מועד היציאה לטיול יחויב המזמין במלוא סכום ההזמנה אין החזר כספי.
מארגן התיירות ישוחרר מביצוע ההתחייבות בהסכם זה אם וככל שהביצוע של כל אלה, כולם או חלקם, נמנע או בלתי אפשרי כתוצאה מכוח עליון - בהסכם זה "אירוע של כוח עליון" פירושו כל אירוע שאינו בשליטתו הסבירה של מארגן התיירות , ומנע ממנו ביצוע ההתחייבות על פי הסכם זה, כולו או חלקו.
לוח הזמנים והמועדים ניתנים לשינוי עקב אילוצים שאינם תלויים במארגן התיירות כגון סגירת כביש , הצפה ,ים סוער, התראה מהרשויות וכו' , במקרה של ביטול הטיול מארגן הטיול יחזיר את התשלום למזמין ולמזמין לא תהיה עילה לדרישה ו/או תביעה בגין אי קיום הטיול.
